Hi, I’m Sam Bell – Managing Director of CMC Consultancy Group, reformed perfectionist, and your new secret weapon for turning operational chaos into business zen.
I’m the straight-talking, systems-obsessed strategist who helps purpose-driven business owners swap overwhelm for impact. With 20+ years untangling operational knots for small businesses and healthcare providers, I’ve made it my mission to prove compliance can be humane and scaling can be joyful.
I didn’t start as a “guru.” I spent 15 years working for small business CEOs and executive teams wearing whatever hat I needed to wear that day so we could get s**t done and keep our momentum.
