“What if compliance felt less like a straitjacket and more like a superhero cape?”

I see you.

The audit anxiety.

The NDIS rulebook collecting dust (and dread).

That nagging fear your values are getting lost in the compliance grind.

Hi, I’m Phuong Barraclough – Founder & Director of CMC Consultancy Group and your fierce advocate for building businesses that thrive on trust, integrity, and actual human connection.

I’m the compliance whisperer who helps NDIS providers sleep soundly, knowing their paperwork and purpose are protected. With 6+ years navigating NDIS compliance I’ve made it my mission to prove regulations can align with radical compassion.

My Origin Story (No Cape Required)

I didn’t start as a “compliance queen.” I started where you are – a Wollongong mum with lived disability experience, watching brilliant providers drown in bureaucratic nonsense.

After fighting my own battles and seeing friends’ businesses crumble under pressure, I realized my superpower wasn’t memorizing standards – it was translating legalese into love.

Now, I lead a team of heart-first compliance nerds who live by one rule: Your client’s dignity matters more than checkboxes.

My Unshakable Beliefs

About NDIS Providers

Compliance Should Serve Your Mission (Not Crush It)

My Community Conscious Model (Relationships × Experience × Values) isn’t theoretical fluff – it’s your blueprint for:

  • Leadership that inspires participant loyalty
  • Purpose that fuels your team through tough days
  • Trust that turns regulators into allies

Lived Experience Is Your Secret Weapon

Having navigated the NDIS and small business regulations as both a consultant and a business owner, I bring:

  • Empathy for the late-night “Why is this so hard?” moments
  • Insider knowledge of how auditors actually think
  • Zero tolerance for solutions that dehumanize participants

Community > Competition

I’ve built a movement of 400+ providers who:

  • Share resources instead of hoarding secrets
  • Refer participants when overcapacity
  • Cheer each other’s wins like family
