Builders with Integrity

When it comes to building and construction for the NDIS, clarity of communication, delivering on promises and being clear on timelines is absolutely essential, according to Tony Gavan, director of Paxton Building Group.

He believes NDIS participants deserve to have reliable options to choose from when accessing NDIS approved builders, which is why in 2021 he made the decision to take the leap and become registered with the NDIS.

“It’s something I’d been thinking about for a while, but I was well aware of the huge time commitment involved with the registration process. Finding Phuong has been hugely beneficial to us – she’s given us absolute confidence in her expertise every step of the way, and I’m proud to say we’re now NDIS approved as an NDIS supplier and awaiting our full registration,” says Tony.

Working with Connect My Community, Paxton Building Group has fulfilled its obligations as an NDIS supplier, and is now on the countdown to full registration, giving NDIS participants access to the team’s years of expertise in building, renovations and construction.

Tony says working with NDIS participants is a natural progression for his business, which has experience in delivering residential, commercial and large-scale developments:

“I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for people with disabilities to be able to access building services in a timely manner. If you’re waiting on a bathroom modification or renovation, it can have a huge impact on your quality of life. I’m excited to be able to work with more people in this space and provide quality building services.”

Communication is at the heart of Tony’s business, and he’s proud of his team’s track record in delivering work on time, and on budget:

“Delivering what you promise is really important. We’ve been doing this for decades, and we have the resources, tradespeople and suppliers to keep projects on track. I’m grateful to Phuong for helping us through this process, so we can help people to live in spaces which meet their needs.”
