Behind our membership

I believe the NDIS is filled with amazing providers who often get lost in the shadows of the industry’s poor reputation, exaggerated media sound bites, and general government white noise.

I dream it’s possible for this community to be a place where providers, participants, support teams, and more can find service providers they know are high quality, trustworthy and participant-centred. They have confidence in connection, because the community is only open to those people.

I want this community to be a place where providers can ask each other ALL the questions, and be safe in the knowledge they will get a judgement-free supportive response, and are willing to help with whatever challenges are faced.

I want this community to be a space the wider NDIS sees as a trusted and collaborative group that shows Australia what the NDIS is really about – and can positively grow to be the best it can be.

Big hairy audacious goals, but I wholeheartedly believe they are very achievable! Even with real humans involved! And if you’re here, that most likely means you share these goals and might want to join in the fun!

This is a monthly membership, payable each month (or annually for a small discount).
I am your ‘hostess with the mostest’ of the community, bringing everyone together, answering questions and forging authentic connections.
My team will support me with all the behind-the-scenes cogs and cranks – making sure the forums are moderated, your questions get an answer, your resources are up-to-date, and any problems are resolved quickly.

Connect and Collaborate Forum – an online space where you can ask and help answer any question related to the NDIS.
Community Directory where every member gets to list their business, website, and key information – YES it will be public and searchable!
Events Calendar featuring major national NDIS events, and where you can also list your own events for other people and community groups to find.
Monthly Ask Phuong Anything Zoom sessions – literally a safe space to ask me anything! Three in-person events per year, currently held within the Wollongong region, but with a view to expanding as we geographically grow.
Resource Library filled to the ears with templates, forms, checklists, and more to help you manage your work life, business operations and compliance.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum term for my membership?

A minimum term of 6 months applies to all memberships.

After 6 months, you can cancel by providing one month’s notice.

I can’t make it to your in-person events. Can I get a cheaper fee?

Sadly, no. The membership fee is the same for everyone as we intend to introduce in-person events at other locations as soon as we can!

Can I change my mind?

There is a 14-day cooling off period during which you can change your mind and get a refund. After that our minimum 6 month term applies.

I’m not tech savvy. How do I get my directory listing or event up?

Our Super Team can help you get your listings and events up. They will also give you a guided tour of the forums if you need!
